CURRENT PROJECTS

Quincy (Web Series)

Collaborating with the Baseball For Dinner team to develop a full short season of a series to premiere on the web.

Details are currently under wraps, but it's a sitcom with a healthy dose of absurdity and a special (secret) twist. Look for promos Fall 2012, official premiere this winter.

Untitled Documentary

In the late summer of 2011, I traveled back to my home state of Michigan alone and shot several hours of footage documenting my journey. Part travelogue and part
self-portrait, the film will be a reflective look at life in transition and the catharsis of hitting the road and returning to one's roots.

The film is being edited by myself and collaborator Patrick Kwiatkowski. 2013 release.

Low Key Projects Blog

A Baseball For Dinner sister site that presents a series of How-To and DIY projects that don't break a sweat.

Bed Stuy Video Portrait

Focus on the urban landscape of the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, particularly the areas of Kingston and Atlantic Avenues.

Rich colors and textures teeming with both beautiful and puzzling images of one of the most culturally historic neighborhoods in Brooklyn. To be accompanied by an original score. Web premiere late 2012.

GOALS / IDEAS

Hailing from Grand Rapids MI, currently living in Brooklyn NY. Looking to meet new artists, filmmakers, independent pilots, gardeners, professional and amateur street fighters, and new friends.

I work at OvationTix.com, a branch of TheaterMania.com in Manhattan, where I help develop and implement barcode scanning technology, interface with the software development team to improve and expand the proprietary ticketing SaaS, and skin websites for clients using PhotoShop, HTML and CSS. I'm constantly seeking unique experiences, additional job opportunities, and new activities to stay creative, sharp, and busy.

From client-based professional videos to no-budget short films, I have a small but tight-knit network of close friends and fellow media enthusiasts who are willing to assist in any number of exciting new endeavors.

I like getting paid for my work when I deserve it, and I enjoy contributing my time to worthwhile projects that can only afford volunteers. I have access to high-quality, affordable rental equipment, as well as my own HD camera, so please contact me if you need a video produced.

And if I sound anything like you, drop me a line or send me a link to your site. Maybe we can create something original.
